Our house flooded during Harvey and again with Imelda. The R3BUILD team headed by Cory and Eddie did a great job from start to finish with the Harvey reconstruction and we’re starting up again with them for the Imelda repairs. They take the time to listen to your concerns and priorities, offer solid advice and answers to any questions you have, and make sure the job gets done properly and economically. They’re a great bunch of guys. With so much to deal with in the aftermath of having your house flood, it’s nice to know they have your back and that the job will get done, and done well. We gladly chose to go back to them again – I can’t think of a higher recommendation than that.

Luis and his guys were a life saver. We had a flood from our plumbing system upstairs on both sides of our home, and it damaged a lot upstairs our home was torn to shambles. However, these guys came, accessed the damage, and had a fair estimate, work with us, and fixed everything. Luis is the best project management he is very kind, understanding, accommodating, professional. I highly recommend these guys you won’t be disappointed. The construction of the outdoor porch stairs was perfection. Getting it on the existing slab at the bottom was spot on. I was very surprised to learn that the whole upstairs porch was being painted to match lower rebuilt stairs. It was a long wait to get it painted due to the wet weather but Eddie kept me informed that I was not forgotten. Very professional. Thank you and your crew for a job well done!

Corey and his team are the best!!! I cannot say enough about how Corey was able to turn a disaster into solid workmanship on the end result of our flooded home. We had an awful contractor that stalled our home for 4 months!!! The old contractor is a thief and s liar!!! They left us with such a mess but Corey really took his time to access what needed to be done and in the most economical way. In order to meet our promised move back date of May, Corey went above and beyond our expectations; he ripped out all the wood floors that have been already been installed. As Corey could not deliver the product as he was not satisfied with amount of glue used by his subcontractor. Not only did he and his staff worked night and day to get it completed, Corey paid out of his own pocket for better floorings than initially provided. My husband and I highly recommend Corey Goreman!!! Thank you Corey!!

I love R3 Build. Cory and his team are the best. They recently remodeled my second floor bathroom. That was the only bathroom that needed to be updated after Harvey. My first floor looked so nice after that, I wanted my 2nd floor bathroom to look nice as well. And OMG they did a fabulous job!! Luis was the on-site manager and he was great!! All my daughter and I did was pick out the materials. They picked out a soaker tub that is so deep when I soak it is chest deep!! It works perfectly for our tight space. But it seems large!! We also have a very nice size linen closet right next to the bath tub in addition to the storage there in the center of the vanity. I love R3 Build and plan on using them again for future projects!!!

“Cory took out my whole closet and went in with a 3 clothes poles, one for long dresses; one for pants and one for blouses and a built in shoe closet to put all of my shoes! The closet is beautiful now! He did a great job of cleaning up and painting without getting paint everywhere.
