Finding a full service general contractor that has experience in the many scenarios that come about in insurance loss restoration work can be difficult, but luckily you’ve come across one of the few. We have a staff of experienced estimators and project managers as well as skilled craftsman and sub-contractors that will ensure your home is restored professionally and in a timely manner.

In the past three years alone, our experienced estimating staff has written over 1,500 estimates for fire, water, and storm damage losses. It is extremely important to select a contractor that has an experienced estimating staff. This is because the more time that is spent revisiting the estimate and submitting supplements to your insurance company, the longer your repairs will take due to waiting on approvals for payment. Additionally, you will need your contractor to be able to explain and justify the necessary repairs so that they will be approved. Otherwise, you home could be left with incomplete issues that could re-surface at a later time.

Skilled Trades
Not only is it important for the contractor to be experienced in these losses, but the different trades they utilize need to be as well. Insurance loss restoration work is a specialty niche of its own, and the multitude of different trades that will be performing the repairs on your home will need to be familiar with it. Unlike new construction or general remodeling, restoration is much more tedious and requires additional attention to detail to ensure the home is brought back to its pre-loss condition. This is an unexpected loss and you deserve to have people working in your home that understand and will treat your home and belongings treated with the utmost respect and care.

How much will it cost me?

  • So long as your insurance carrier covers the loss, the only amount you will be out of pocket will be your deductible. Under someuncommon circumstances your insurance policy may not cover specific repairs such as "code upgrades" or you may have non-recoverable depreciation applied to certain repairs. This will all depend on the policy that you purchased, but rest assured that we will keep you very well informed should these circumstances arise.

How long will it take?

  • Repairs can vary from a single day to the upwards of 3-6 months. There are many variables to take into consideration, the most important being the overall amount of repairs needed. Once your home has been inspected my one of our representatives, they will be able to give you a more narrowed down time range of how long the repairs will take. Always remember that cooperation and good communication with your representative(s) will help expedite all repairs.

Do you carry insurance?

  • Yes, we carry full coverage commercial insurance for general contractors. Upon request we can provide certificates of insurance to either yourself or any other related party that may be in need of it (mortgage company, insurance carrier, etc.)

Can I trust the different tradesmen to work in my home if I'm not there?

  • Every single skilled crew member that we will have working on your home have been working with us for years and we trust them to work in our homes as well. These are all people that are the masters of their individual trade, not day laborers picked up off the street corner.
